I don’t know about you, but I have been in the network marketing business for several years now.
For the period of those years, I had joined quite a lot of network marketing companies. Nothing new for you here, if you have also been around for quite some time like me.
The Major Motive Why MLMers Quit
The number one reason MLMers give up is because MLM companies keep changing their policies whenever they feel like!
If a network marketing company decides that the company is not showing the expansion they expected during a particular year, they may adjust the policies to make owners and share holders happy!
You see them even cutting commissions under the guise of restructuring the payment plan for the better.
What a joke.
Maybe, just maybe, your upline leaders will NOT tell you the reality as it is.
Now, we know multilevel marketing companies are run by persons like us and so we can not expect flawlessness on their payment plan executions -though more regularly than not, we forget about this fact. The Managing people are subject to the company Board of Directors earnings expectations and so have economic pressures themselves like any other corporation.
But every time a business modifies its policy, it will certainly have the potential of affecting you badly no matter how much your upline tries to cover it up. They may call this a new adjustment in course, or something similar, but the results are the same.
These changes will only make it harder for you to enroll or sell your product. If you have experienced this first hand you understand what I’m talking about!
Having lots of faith in your or being the greatest presidential diamond amounts to nothing if your company decides to drastically change its plan. The sad reality is that sometimes they will they will do it, knowing that many independent distributors will lose their cars and homes in the process.
As soon as this happens, a lot of network marketers desert the business they championed and sworn devotion to the end. With that, they leave their downlines behind too. The MLM business will move on and start looking for new blood. To them, it makes just good sense.
Three Reasons Why Even Dependable Networkers Give up Network Marketing Companies
1.The organization closes its doors.
2.The MLM company forces the network marketing leaders to stop marketing the way they are doing it.
3.Internal politics with uplines and leaders arise.
Knowing these problems, you will find that is in fact complicated to rely on network marketing as a viable long term company model.
That does NOT mean that you should hate network marketing. No way! Believe in the business. It’s just that you have to be smarter and constantly keep a step ahead.
The good news is that, with any difficulty, there is always a way out to it.
Residual revenue can be produced if you learn to create leads and network marketing leads on your own. When you begin generating leads by using list lead building techniques, you will be coming up with a record of solid leads that the MLM business does not own. They are YOUR LEADS, not the company’s.
When you are promoting your network marketing business, do NOT promote your multilevel marketing business immediately to your prospects. If you do that, you will lose control over your prospects.
We have to realize that our mlm company’s website does not belong to us and that the network marketing leads we generate into our do not belong entirely to us as well.
That is why you are in reality killing your own company if you send your network marketing leads directly to your MLM or company’s website.
Please, learn to generate leads and keep your file of network marketing leads to yourself.
This must not come as a surprise to you. The majority of top leaders in the network marketing industry have known this secret for years.
So no more Down-LINE network marketing building. Instead, use your own DOWN-LIST building!
This list of prospects and customers are your greatest asset and gold mine. You will have a list of dependable subscribers that will frequently be exposed to your opportunity over and over again – even if you move to 10 different multilevel marketing companies.
Not that you want that, but better be prepared than sorry!
